Led the project management and on-the-ground activation for North America's Samsung Members program in San Francisco and New York. The Samsung Members program was designed to engage loyal customers through social media, handpicking them for an all-expenses paid trip to one of two locations, San Francisco or New York.
Coordinated the logistics of the event, including the delivery of free Samsung gear, such as the Galaxy or Note, and designed a two-day itinerary, which featured workshops, meet and greets, and a front-row seat to the main event, Unpacked.

How To Video Production | OLV Galaxy and Note Tutorials

Managed the delivery of Samsung's "How To" online videos, working closely with the production and creative teams. These videos highlighted features of new and upcoming Samsung phones, and served as educational YouTube content for consumers.
Oversaw production techniques that included tabletop shoots, screen recordings of native UI, illustration, and animation, mostly shot on Galaxy or Note phones. Ensured that the production process was smooth and efficient, resulting in the delivery to nearly 100 high-quality videos. With tens of thousands of views, these educational videos delivered above-benchmark consumer engagement and helped Samsung users get the most our of their device.

Led the day-to-day management and collaboration of the "Do Bigger Things" campaign in close partnership with account, social strategy, and creative teams.
Managed a diverse group of content creators, overseeing their contracts and legal requirements, and worked closely with social campaign winners to ensure their needs were met and aligned with sweepstakes partners. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring that all campaign deliverables were completed on time and to the highest quality.
